Macias Dermatology is a physician-led, rapidly expanding dermatology practice in California's Central Valley. We built this practice on a simple principle: clinical excellence, genuine work-life balance, and provider autonomy. We're now scaling through Magnus, our Management Services Organization, creating real ownership opportunities for physicians who want to grow without the burden of running a business.
What we do
We deliver comprehensive general dermatology across medical and surgical specialties: skin cancer treatment, complex dermatologic conditions, procedural dermatology, and cosmetic services. Our clinical team is made up of experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who work under physician supervision, allowing you to lead while maintaining direct patient care and clinical autonomy.

Requirements
- MD/DO with board certification or board eligibility (Dermatology, Primary Care, Family Medicine, or other medical specialty)

Medical Assistant
Macias Dermatology is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our growing team. The Medical Assistant will work closely with our providers and clinical team to provide excellent patient care and support efficient daily clinic operations.
Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining and documenting patient information, assisting providers with examinations and procedures, preparing and maintaining exam rooms, assisting with specimen collection and processing, coordinating patient needs, and completing clinical documentation and other assigned duties.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment. Previous dermatology or medical office experience is preferred.
Receptionist
Macias Dermatology is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized team member to join our front office team. Receptionists handle both patient check-in and check-out, and the position plays an important role in creating a positive experience for every patient from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, verifying demographic and insurance information, collecting copays and payments, assisting patients with forms and questions, scheduling and confirming appointments and follow-up visits, providing appointment information, coordinating referrals or follow-up needs, answering phones and patient questions, communicating with the clinical and billing teams, and supporting overall front office operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy medical office environment. Previous medical front office or dermatology experience is preferred.
