Michelle Porté-Garcia

Michelle Porté-Garcia, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical and aesthetic dermatology. She is dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based care that enhances both the health of the skin and the confidence of every patient she serves.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Fresno, before beginning her career in cardiac telemetry and step-down nursing. She later advanced to the Intensive Care Unit, where she spent seven years caring for critically ill patients while refining her clinical expertise, attention to detail, and compassionate approach to patient care. Driven by a commitment to advancing her practice, Michelle earned her Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, Fresno, completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2017. With a lifelong passion for skincare and skin health, she found her calling in dermatology—a specialty that beautifully blends science, artistry, and meaningful patient relationships.

Michelle believes exceptional dermatologic care extends beyond treating the skin. She is passionate about helping patients look and feel their very best through customized treatment plans, patient education, and a thoughtful, individualized approach. Outside the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. Together, they love exploring the outdoors, making memories in the mountains, and embracing an active family lifestyle.
