CVLUX LUX Awards: Best Aesthetics Doctor, 2015 winner

Dr. Macias won the Central Valley luxury lifestyle magazine CVLUX's LUX Award for Best Aesthetics Doctor in 2015.

The magazine's write-up traces his path: cum laude honours at USC, a medical doctorate from Harvard Medical School, surgical training at UCSF, and dermatology training in New York City. It also notes his lead article on superantigens in dermatology, which graced the cover of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology in March 2011.

As the 2015 feature put it, “At Macias Dermatology, they believe that a doctor and patient become a team for treating an individual’s needs for dermatological care.”
